Job summary

CTC Titanium Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Administrator to support order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination in Malaysia.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating with production, and ensuring timely deliveries for a growing customer base. You will work closely with sales executives and internal departments, using SQL Accounting or AutoCount to keep systems up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or operations
• Mandarin and English proficiency (written and spoken) for diverse customer base
• Hands-on experience with accounting or sales software such as SQL Accounting or AutoCount

Responsibilities

• Order Management — Track, process, and manage sales orders end-to-end with accuracy
• Documentation Excellence — Prepare quotations, invoices, POs, and delivery orders with zero errors
• Inventory Coordination — Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment as needed
• Production Liaison — Issue job sheets to production teams and ensure orders move forward
• Customer & Stakeholder Coordination — Be the go-to contact for customers and internal teams for seamless delivery
• System & Record Management — Maintain records using SQL Accounting or AutoCount

You won't just be processing orders. You'll be the operational backbone of a growing sales team — the person everyone relies on to make sure customers are happy, deliveries are on time, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Own

• Order Management — Track, process, and manage sales orders end-to-end with accuracy and speed
• Documentation Excellence — Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders with zero errors
• Inventory Coordination — Monitor stock levels proactively and arrange replenishment before shortages happen
• Production Liaison — Issue job sheets to production teams and ensure confirmed orders move forward without delays
• Customer & Stakeholder Coordination — Be the go-to contact for customers, sales executives, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery
• System & Record Management — Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent sales/accounting software

You're The One We're Looking For If You Have

• 1+ year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, order processing, order management, sales administration, or operations support
• Diploma or Degree in any field — we value attitude and capability over specific qualifications
• Mandarin and English proficiency (written and spoken) — essential for communicating effectively with our diverse customer base
• Hands-on experience with accounting or sales software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar ERP/CRM systems
