Job summary

CTC Titanium Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work with customers, the sales team and production to keep fulfillment running smoothly.

The role involves tracking orders, issuing quotations and invoices, monitoring stock, and coordinating with multiple departments to support timely deliveries. A performance bonus and commission scheme are offered, along with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support or related role.
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with accounting or sales software such as SQL or AutoCount.

Responsibilities

• Track sales orders and coordinate purchases of sales materials.
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, POs, and DOs.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange inventory replenishment.
• Issue job sheets to production for confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries.

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our sales and fulfilment operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with customers, the sales team, and production to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

What you’ll do

Track sales orders and coordinate the purchase of sales materials

Prepare and issue accurate quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders

Monitor stock levels and arrange timely inventory replenishment

Issue job sheets to the production team for confirmed orders

Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to support smooth deliveries

Maintain accurate records using accounting or sales software

What we’re looking for

At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role

Diploma or Degree in any discipline

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with customers

Familiarity with accounting or sales software such as SQL or AutoCount
