Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with customer enquiries and quotations.
• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations (ocean, air, trucking, customs clearance).
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters, warehouses and internal departments for rates and information.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and respond promptly to inquiries.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries and quotations.
• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations, including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, customs clearance and other logistics services.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters, warehouses and internal departments to obtain rates and operational information.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.

2. Customer Service

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and respond to their enquiries promptly.
• Understand customers’ shipment requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Handle customer requests, complaints and operational issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Provide regular shipment and quotation updates to customers.

3. Documentation & Administration

• Prepare sales quotations, rate sheets and related documents.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and bookings.
• Update customer and sales information in the company’s system.

4. Coordination with Operations

• Work closely with the Operations and Documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Coordinate shipment details such as vessel schedules, cut-off dates, container requirements, delivery arrangements and customs clearance.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately to the relevant parties.

5. Business Development Support

• Assist outdoor sales representatives with customer follow-ups and sales activities.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals and rate comparisons.
