Job summary

Seng Choon Hardware (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle calls and customer enquiries, monitor Sales Support, and review daily orders. You will process quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and invoices while coordinating with the warehouse and other departments.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and multi-language abilities in English and Mandarin, with alternate Saturday work. Malaysian citizens or residents preferred.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and with clients.
• SPM or higher.
• Multilingual: English and Mandarin.
• Malaysian citizen or holding valid residence status.
• Alternate Saturday work.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Monitor Sales Support activities to ensure smooth processes.
• Review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels for fulfilment.
• Process customer enquiries with quotations, sales orders, delivery and invoice billing.
• Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate between sales representatives and other internal departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.

To monitor the Sales Support activities and ensure smooth process.

To review on the daily customer order against the output planning and inventory level on customer order fulfilment.

Proceed customer enquiry with Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery & Invoice billing.

Liaise with warehouse department to ensure that all goods are delivered on time.

Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.

Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirement:

Good Interpersonal Skills - Able to Work well in a team & with clients

SPM & Above.

Multi Language require.

We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
