Job summary

Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our fast-growing beverage division in Malaysia. You will process orders, prepare quotations and invoices, and coordinate with distributors, retailers, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth fulfillment and on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and excellent organizational and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Customer Service.
• FMCG/wine/spirits experience advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• ERP systems experience preferred (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, pricing updates, and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability, shortages, and back orders to the Sales team and customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, trade events, and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant alcohol industry regulations.

Experience in the FMCG, wine, spirits, or alcohol industry is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
