Job summary

CSS GROUP OF COMPANIES in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Sales professional to liaise with customers, review quotations, and align pricing with our strategy. You will coordinate with Operations to resolve complaints and build strong customer rapport, while supporting credit evaluation and sales meetings.

The role includes timely debt collection and maintaining internal controls within Sales. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing and 3–4 years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of working experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to ensure requirements are addressed and review quotations to align with pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with Operations to resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with current and new customers and maintain close rapport.
• Assist in credit analysis and prepare write-ups for credit limit applications.
• Attend sales meetings and report progress to Management.
• Responsible for timely collection of payments and debt management.
• Maintain internal control procedures within the Sales Department.
• Settle aging accounts and monitor month-end closing.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales activity schedules.
• Carry out other duties as required by superiors.

Job description

To liaise with customers to ensure customer’s requirements are addressed and review quotations to ensure it is complied with the Company’s pricing strategy.

Co-ordinate with the Operation Departments to ensure that customer’s complaints is professionally and efficiently resolved.

Involve in market research analysis to develop marketing strategies that identify new market / product opportunities.

Follow up on current and new customers and build a close rapport with existing customers.

Assist in performing analysis for customer’s credit ratings/evaluation and prepare write-up for existing and new customer’s application of credit limit

Attend Sales meetings, update progress and development to the Management.

Responsible for timely collection of payment / debt.

Manage systems for all internal control procedures in relation to the Sales Department.

Settling all problem account vs aging report as of month end closing

Control costs within the Sales Department to meet with the budget.

To submit weekly and monthly sales activities or schedules

To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.

Qualifications:

Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing.

At least 3 – 4 years working experience in sales.

Skills:

Good personality and communication skills.

Able to work independent.

Possess basic sales and marketing skills.
