Job summary

Khai Seng Packaging Indsutries Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Malaysia, invites applications for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with daily scheduling, order processing and after-sales service.

You will coordinate with marketing, design and finance colleagues, prepare promotional materials, analyse customer data and help identify new opportunities while maintaining accurate records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Well-organized and responsible with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with high dedication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material
• Analysing customer’s data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
• Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
• Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
• Responsible for checking on the customer artwork
• To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.
