SALES ASSISTANT / SALES OFFICE / SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales personnel to join our dynamic team at Solid Point Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Muar, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales orders, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

What we're looking for

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow-up on customer inquiries.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets.

Collaborate with internal departments (production, engineering, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
