Alunox Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support professional to manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and provide timely updates. You will liaise between customers and operations to ensure on-time schedules and accurate information.

Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training is provided. The role requires good communication, MS Office skills, and own transport, with the chance to earn commissions and performance-based rewards.

Job Responsibilities

• To key in customer orders, arrange and keep track on all deliveries.
• Perform timely and accurate updates of information to customer.
• Follow up and liaise with operations and customer on delivery schedule.
• Organize, arrange for goods delivery and planning on stock control.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Minimum Diploma in related field.
• Preferably with 1 year experience in Sales.

Salary

• Salary: RM2,800.00 ~ 3,500.00++ with commission provided; salary is negotiable based on experience & qualifications.
• Pay will commensurate with qualifications & experience.
