Zusammenfassung

HR Discovery is seeking a Senior Executive to drive revenue growth by selling HRMS solutions to prospects in Malaysia. You will engage prospects, present digital HR and payroll modules, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

You should be comfortable conducting product demos, tailoring proposals for HR, Finance, and Operations teams, and building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience (HRMS experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in presenting digital solutions to HR and Finance stakeholders
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
