Job summary

Peoplehcm is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to engage prospects and present HRMS solutions, including digital HR, payroll automation, attendance, and Talent modules.

You will identify leads, conduct demos, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while building strong client relationships and providing market feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience (HRMS experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in presenting digital solutions to HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities
