Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Application Consultant (HRMS) to implement, configure, and support HRMS solutions for clients in Malaysia. The role focuses on aligning business requirements with system capabilities and delivering measurable value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for module setup, requirements gathering, user training, and ongoing support, with on-site work in Petaling Jaya, five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in CS/IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle web app development or application implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft software.
• Strong understanding of IT system processes, workflows, and logical flow.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, end users, and technical teams.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, five days per week.

Responsibilities

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with HRMS or other enterprise applications.
• Experience with user training or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with HR business processes or payroll systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
