Job summary

Sonicboom Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional ranging from fresh graduates to senior levels to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

The role entails managing daily sales operations, forecasting, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance reporting systems, and leverage AI tools for productivity. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field required.
• Experience in sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline management and process improvement preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office essential.
• Knowledge of using AI tools to boost productivity is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and processes.
• Monitor sales pipelines, opportunities, quotations, sales orders and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare sales reports, KPIs, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Improve sales processes, workflows and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Project, Technical, and other departments.
• Oversee quotations, proposals, tenders, contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Manage CRM systems, sales databases, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support sales planning, target monitoring and business growth initiatives.

Working Time: Monday to Friday (9:30am to 6:30pm) , Saturday & Sunday (Off days)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
