Job summary

QL Eco Farm Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Sales Executive to develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company's direction, and to explore new and potential customers in the food industry to diversify the company's sales portfolio.

You will close sales, respond to inquiries, ensure timely payments, and support delivery orders documentation while building lasting relationships with existing clients across the east coast.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Must possess own transportation and willing to travel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans to achieve sales targets and ensure alignment with company direction.
• Explore new and potential customers in the food industry to diversify the sales portfolio.
• Obtain and collate customer feedback and market information to improve products, operations and processes.
• Close sales and respond to inquiries with information to achieve individual and annual targets.
• Ensure timely collection of payments to generate positive cash flow and minimize bad debts.
• Assist in delivery-related tasks like collect, chop and sign delivery orders and issue receipts for costing and billing.
• Source and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and trends to promote business development.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers for ongoing business relations.

Developing sales plans to achieve the sales target and ensuring that the sales plans are aligned with the company’s direction.

Explore new & potential customers in food industry to achieve a more diversified sales portfolio for the Company.

Obtain and collate customer feedback and market information to facilitate improvement in products, operations, and processes to develop and maintain market standing and competitive edge.

Closing sales and respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information to ensure that individual sales target and annual sales goals are achieved.

Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts.

Assist in other sales related functions like collect, chop and sign delivery orders and issue temporary receipts to ensure proper documentation to facilitate costing and billing purposes.

Source and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and future buying trends to promote business development.

Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous and long-term business relationships.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess Diploma / Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent.

At least 2years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Possess good interpersonal and communication, analyticaland negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and result orientated.

Computer-literate and familiar in Microsoft Office applications
