Job summary

Sundrop Fruit Juices Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and implement sales and promotional programs for beverage products with major retail chains across Peninsular Malaysia. The role emphasizes achieving targets, building retailer relationships and driving in-store campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ sales/marketing experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and a valid driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence and own a car.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Independent, proactive and target-oriented with willingness to travel nationwide.
• Experience with supermarkets or major retail chains is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate promotional programs for products with major retailers.
• Work closely with retail chains such as AEON, Mydin, 7-Eleven, KK Mart, Petronas, Shell and Petron.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns and sales activities.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with customers.
• Visit customers and retail outlets to monitor sales and promotions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure promotions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia as required.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market and promotional performance.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and promotional programs for our beverage products with major retail chains throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

Develop and coordinate promotional programs for our products with major retailers.

Work closely with major retail chains such as AEON, Mydin, 7-Eleven, KK Mart, Petronas, Shell and Petron.

Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns and sales activities.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Visit customers and retail outlets regularly to monitor sales and promotional activities.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure promotions are implemented effectively.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

Travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia as required.

Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market and promotional performance.

About you

Diploma/Degree graduate in Marketing Business Administration, Sales or a related field.

1-2 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing.

Must possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and own a car.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Independent, proactive and target-oriented.

Willing to travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

Experience dealing with supermarkets, convenience stores or major retail chains will be an added advantage.

Experience in Key Account Management and/or Trade Marketing, particularly within the FMCG or beverage industry, will be an added advantage.
