Job summary

CHL INNOVATION INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Assistant to support expanding sales operations and deliver excellent client service. You will handle inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate records.

The role involves stock control, collaboration with purchasing and warehouse teams, and assisting with promotions and events. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, orders and sales transactions.
• Prepare sales orders, quotes, tax invoices, receipts and maintain records.
• Coordinate with customers on availability, pricing, order status and delivery.
• Oversee stock movement, inventory, and stock records.
• Update database with new items and conduct basic product photoshoots.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse and accounts on sales tasks.
• Support promotions, product launches and trade exhibitions as needed.
• Perform other sales administration duties as required.

Job Description

We are an established and stable gold jewellery wholesales business managing both local and overseas market. We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented and responsible Sales Assistant to support our expending sales operations and deliver excellent service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, orders and sales transactions.

Support the sales team in preparing sales orders, quotes, tax invoice, official receipt and keeping customer records organized.

Coordinate with customers on product availability, pricing, order status and delivery arrangements.

Oversee daily stock movement (goods receiving from suppliers), manage inventories, and maintain accurate stock records.

Creating code for new item and update in company database, and handle basic photoshoots for new products and entry of relevant details into the database.

Work smoothly with the purchasing, warehouse, and accounts departments on sales-related and delivery arrangements.

Support sales activities including promotions, product launches and trade exhibitions when required.

Perform other sales administration, ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior and management.

Job Requirements & Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM / Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced Diplomain Business, Marketing, Sales or related field is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a good attitude and a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or sales administration (experience in jewellery or wholesale industry is an advantage).

Written and verbal fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients and entering sales orders into the system.

High efficiency in time management, great organizational abilities, and a proven capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willing and able to work overtime for special occurrences when necessary.

Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
