Job summary

GOLDEN JAGUAR JEWELLERY SDN. BHD. is seeking a sales assistant at GM Klang Wholesale City to promote 24K gold-plated jewellery, welcome customers, handle transactions, and assist with live streaming and content creation. The role offers uncapped commission and a fast-growing brand environment.

Join a young team with opportunities to advance to Store Supervisor or Live Host; on-site shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail jewellery or beauty sales is a plus; fresh candidates welcome.

• Company: Golden Jaguar Jewellery (GJ)
• Location: GM Klang Wholesale City, Klang
• Operating Hours: 10am – 10pm (shift basis, 8 hours per shift, 5day and 1/2 days a week)
• Salary: Basic + Sales Commission + OT (to be filled)
• Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual leave, staff discount, performance bonus

Responsibilities

Greet customers, introduce our 24K gold-plated jewellery, assist with try-ons, styling and closing sales

Explain our 1-year warranty and buyback programme to build customer trust

Handle cashier duties, invoicing, exchanges and warranty registration

Maintain product display, restock, stock count and keep the store clean and shiny

Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp and record customer details for follow-up

Support live streaming / short video content (on-camera or behind the scenes)

Achieve daily / monthly sales targets and report to the Store Supervisor

Requirements

Female preferred (our customers are mainly Malay women), age 18 and above

Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia

Experience in retail / jewellery / beauty sales is a plus; fresh candidates willing to learn are welcome

Outgoing, polite and confident to approach customers

Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Honest and reliable in handling cash and stock
