Job summary

CHL JEWELLERIES MARKETING SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations for local and overseas markets in the gold jewellery wholesale business.

You will assist customers, prepare quotations and orders, and coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse and accounts to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service. You will handle inquiries, process orders, manage stock movements, assist with product launches, and contribute to accurate records and timely

Qualifications

• At least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service or sales administration.
• Fresh graduates with good attitude encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Job description

We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented and responsible Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in the gold jewellery wholesale business for local and oversea. The role involves assisting customers, preparing quotations and orders, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Assist in handling customer inquiries, orders and sales transactions.

Support the sales team in preparing sales orders, accounting/ stock entry, tax invoice, official receipt and related documentation.

Coordinate with customers on product availability, pricing, order status and delivery arrangements.

Oversee daily stock movement (goods receiving from suppliers), manage inventories, and maintain accurate stock records.

Creating code for new item and update in company database.

Basic photoshoots for new products and entry of relevant details into the database.

Support sales activities including promotions, product launches and trade exhibitions when required.

Maintain proper customer records, sales reports and filing documentation.

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and accounts departments on sales-related matters.

About you

Possess at least SPM/ STPM / Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service or sales administration (experience in jewellery or wholesale industry is an advantage).

Fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

Efficient in time management, good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Able to work overtime (for special occurrence).

Able to start immediately or within short notice.
