Job summary

Megan Isetan KLCC in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Full Time Retail Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with jewellery selections, and handle sales transactions. The role includes stock display, live selling sessions, and supporting daily promotions in a busy retail environment.

We welcome candidates with basic education and a customer-service mindset; jewellery sales experience is an advantage, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Retail or jewellery sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

• Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide friendly customer service
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information
• Handle sales transactions (cash, card, and POS system)
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewellery items
• Assist in stock arrangement, tagging, and inventory checking
• Required to participate in or perform live selling sessions
• Support store promotions and daily retail operations
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
