CHL JEWELLERIES MARKETING SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations for local and overseas markets in the gold jewellery wholesale business.

You will assist customers, prepare quotations and orders, and coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse and accounts to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service. You will handle inquiries, process orders, manage stock movements, assist with product launches, and contribute to accurate records and timely

Qualifications

• At least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service or sales administration.
• Fresh graduates with good attitude encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Assist in handling customer inquiries, orders and sales transactions.
• Prepare sales orders, accounting/stock entry, tax invoices and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers on product availability, pricing, order status and delivery.
• Oversee daily stock movement and maintain stock records.
• Create codes for new items and update in company database.
• Basic photoshoots for new products and data entry into database.
• Support promotions, product launches and trade exhibitions.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports and filing documentation.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and accounts on sales matters.
