Wah Chan Consolidated Sdn Bhd is seeking passionate Retail Sales to join our jewellery team across Malaysia. You will deliver excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and support daily outlet operations. Senior roles may be considered for experienced candidates.

You will build relationships, develop product knowledge, and assist in promotions to drive store performance. Training and career progression are provided within a leading Malaysian jewellery group.

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales to join our retail jewellery team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily outlet operations. Candidates with stronger retail sales experience may be considered for the Senior Sales Executive position.

What You’ll Do:

Provide professional customer service and product consultation to customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.

Achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

Customer Relationship

Outlet Operations

Support daily outlet operations, including product display, stock arrangement, and outlet cleanliness.

Ensure smooth sales transactions and proper handling of customer orders.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.

Retail sales, customer service, or jewellery experience is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
