Job summary

Novaco Resources Sdn Bhd in Klang is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to develop customer relationships, pursue new opportunities, and support campaigns. You will manage enquiries, prepare quotes, and contribute to marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin language ability is beneficial for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and sales opportunities.
• Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Plan and implement marketing activities, campaigns and manage social media and digital marketing as needed.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, catalogues and promotional content.
• Conduct basic market research to identify market trends, customer needs, monitor competitors and market developments.
• Ensure sales and marketing documents are properly filed and updated.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Demonstrate a strong interest and willingness to learn and adopt AI tools to improve productivity.

About you
