Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and expand the customer base to meet sales objectives.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand customer needs.

• Point of contact for customers who channel inquiries and feedback via social media, online and offline platforms.
• Identify opportunities for B2B collaborations and conduct business presentations to potential partners.
• Create awareness through company social media accounts and manage listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution and process flow.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and videos for marketing materials and coordinate with the internal designer.

Job description

Generate sales leads and expand the Company’s customer base to achieve sales objectives and targets.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand customer needs.

Create sales reports and perform sales analysis to monitor sales performance and generate new opportunities.

Point of contact for customers who channel their inquiries and feedback via social media, online and offline platforms.

Identify the opportunities for B2B collaborations and conduct business presentations to potential business partners.

Marketing

Create awareness through the maintenance of for all company social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, company website etc.).

Manage and maintain services listing on existing e-commerce platforms (Shopee).

Identify and interpret social media trends and propose appropriate actions to increase the level of engagement with customers.

Involve in the development, planning and implementation of marketing initiatives pertaining to the brand/s, customer experience and loyalty to drive brand awareness and sales.

Liaise with creative and media agencies to build more awareness and generate leads through various digital platforms.

Work with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and process flow.

Develop concepts, graphics, and videos for marketing communication materials such as online advertisements or promotions.

Coordinate with the internal graphic designer to produce marketing collaterals and other marketing materials.

Other related duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related qualification

Candidate must possess at least 2 years of related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office
