Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in daily sales and marketing activities.
• Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
• Manage and update social media platforms and marketing content.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help coordinate marketing events, roadshows, and customer visits.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and marketing performance reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding product inquiries and promotions.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business development activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Knowledge

You should have:

Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage..

Can speak Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
