Job summary

You will verify applicants’ employment details and collaborate with relevant parties to confirm genuineness. The role emphasizes timely completion of customer transactions, proactive fraud prevention, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin and Malay.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Gmail, etc.).
• Self-motivated, positive, and goal-driven.

• To be alert in detecting and preventing any potential elements of fraud or fraud applications.
• Follow-up of documents / information with customers to support the loan application.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
