Job summary

Alliance Bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks a driven sales-focused professional to promote Personal Loan products to new and existing customers. You will actively cross-sell credit life insurance and credit cards, planning and supporting sales activities while maintaining high customer service levels.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and customer service backgrounds, with a minimum SPM and preferably 1 year of banking experience, ready to handle enquiries and update income documents promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service with strong customer care culture.
• Minimum SPM with 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably 1 year of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Promoting Personal Loan product to New To Bank and Existing To Bank customers.
• Actively cross sell on credit life insurance & credit card.
• Identify new sales strategies and approaches to increase individual achievements.
• Participate, plan and support sales activities.
• Ensure all relevant income documents are obtained to support applications.
• Practice best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to supervisor.
• Ensure accurate information on product features, pricing, promotions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Promoting Personal Loan product to New To Bank and Existing To Bank customers
• Actively cross sell on credit life insurance & credit card
• Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and achievements
• Participate , plan and support sales activities
• Ensure all relevant income documents is obtained from customer to adequately support the application
• Practice best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure all customers enquiry and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently
• Unresolved complaints are to be escalated immediately to his/her superior
• Ensure no misrepresentation of product feature, pricing, promotions and processes.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in sales and customer service environment with strong customer care culture
• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably 1 year of banking experience.
