Job summary

Arvion Services is hiring for a sales position in Perak, Malaysia. You will greet walk-in customers, respond to inquiries, understand needs, and guide them through vehicle selections and financing options.

You will conduct test drives, follow up on leads, and work to meet monthly targets in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. You will collaborate with financing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid Malaysian driving license.
• Fresh Diploma graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proactive with lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do:

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to selling.
• Proactive and comfortable with lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM, email, and Microsoft Office.
