Job summary

Arvion Services in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to handle walk-in and online inquiries, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable vehicles with financing options. You will conduct test drives, follow up on leads, and drive monthly targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome, with preference for those holding a Malaysian driving license and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage.

• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.

• Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
