Job summary

Arvion Services in Negeri Sembilan is hiring a dynamic automotive sales representative to attend walk-in customers, respond to inquiries, and understand budgets and financing needs.

You will recommend suitable vehicles, arrange test drives, handle objections, and follow up with leads to achieve monthly sales targets, while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with financing and service teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Valid Malaysian driving license.
• Fresh Diploma graduates welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to meet and achieve sales targets.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from multiple channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain features, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What Will You Do:

• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.

• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.

• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.

• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.

• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.

• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage.

• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.

• Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to selling.

• Proactive and comfortable with lead follow-up and outbound sales.

• Resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM, email, and Microsoft Office.
