Job summary

Arvion Services in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive sales professional to attend to walk-in customers, respond to enquiries from online, phone and social channels, and understand client needs and financing requirements.

You will recommend vehicles, arrange test drives, handle objections, close sales, follow up leads, and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth process while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive, retail, banking, insurance, or related fields is a plus.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Fresh Diploma graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Proactive with lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy with CRM, email, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage.

• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
