Job summary

Carsome is seeking energetic sales and customer service oriented individuals in Malaysia to assist customers, showcase inventory, and guide them through the buying journey. You will engage customers in-store and online, demonstrate vehicles, and support financing processes while ensuring smooth transactions.

The role requires a proactive attitude, good listening skills, and the ability to conduct engaging live product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Computer literacy.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to do TikTok live.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high energy sales environment as part of a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to help customers find suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through sale or appraisal, test drives, and financing applications.
• Complete all records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Provide aftersales service.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions, driving showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to expand inventory and achieve team targets.
