Job summary

Carsome Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales and customer service professional to join our fast-paced team. You will engage with walk-in and online customers, helping them find a vehicle that meets their needs and guiding them through test drives and financing applications.

Training is provided to develop product knowledge and sell skills, and you’ll work in a high-energy environment with a team that aims to hit sales targets while delivering excellent service. TikTok live capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in areas such as retail, hospitality, or airline industries.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Computer literacy.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to do TikTok live.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-energy sales environment and meet team goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use Carsome inventory knowledge to match customer needs.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Provide aftersales service.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A to drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to expand inventory and hit targets.

• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

• Provide aftersales service.

• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.
