Job summary

Carsome Malaysia is seeking a sales and customer service oriented individual to join our high-energy team in Iskandar Puteri.

You will guide customers from inquiry to test drive and financing, leveraging Carsome inventory and providing aftersales support. Training will be provided to help you succeed in a dynamic retail environment.

Engage audiences via live product demonstrations and Q&A to drive showroom traffic and achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience is preferred (retail/hospitality/airlines).
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Computer literacy required.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to do TikTok live.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high energy sales environment as part of a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Provide aftersales service.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A to drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to grow inventory and hit targets.

• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.
