Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales and customer service-oriented professional in Penang. You will engage with walk-in and website customers, guide them through vehicle selection, financing, and test drives, and provide aftersales support. Responsibilities

• Work in a high energy sales environment with a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Provide aftersales service.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A, drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to expand inventory and hit team targets.
