Job summary

CARSOME Malaysia is seeking a sales‑driven team member to thrive in a high‑energy environment. You will attend to walk‑in and online customer inquiries and help buyers find a vehicle that fits their needs using our inventory knowledge.

You will guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives, financing applications, and smooth documentation, while hosting live product demonstrations to drive virtual showroom traffic and contribute to team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service in retail or hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk‑in and website customer inquiries.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using Carsome inventory knowledge.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions to drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to expand inventory and achieve team sales targets.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk‑in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
