Job summary

Carsome Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service teammate to join our fast-paced showroom team. You will engage walk-in customers and online inquiries, using Carsome inventory knowledge to match buyers with suitable used cars.

The role emphasizes high energy, teamwork, and the ability to perform live TikTok demonstrations, with training provided. Medical leave, annual leave, and statutory benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail/hospitality preferred.
• Good listening skills and strong customer focus.
• Willing to be self-motivated; training will be provided.
• Able to operate computer software and basic digital tools.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to conduct TikTok live sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-energy sales environment and meet team targets.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Provide aftersales service.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to expand inventory and achieve team targets.
