Job summary

Carsome in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a dynamic sales/ customer service oriented professional to join our high-energy showroom team. You will attend to walk-in and online inquiries, use our inventory knowledge to match customers with a suitable vehicle, and guide them from appraisal to test drive and financing applications.

You will also complete all records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions, host live product demonstrations, and actively source high-quality used cars to reach team

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in retail/hospitality preferred.
• Good listening skills and strong customer focus.
• Able to work in a busy showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiries.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers from sale to test drive and financing applications.
• Complete records and documentation for transactions.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
