Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking dynamic sales-oriented individuals in a high-energy environment. You will assist walk-in and online customers, leveraging Carsome inventory to match needs, guide the process from appraisal to financing, and ensure smooth transactions with proper documentation.

Training is provided and TikTok live demonstrations are welcome. Ideal candidates have sales/customer service background, strong listening skills, self-motivation, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred (retail/hospitality/airline).
• Good listening skills and strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Computer literacy required.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to do TikTok live.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high energy sales environment as part of a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Provide aftersales service.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions to drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to expand inventory and hit team targets.
