Job summary

Carsome in Iskandar Puteri is seeking dynamic sales and customer service oriented individuals. You will engage walk-in and online customers, showcase Carsome inventory, guide them through from appraisal to financing, and ensure smooth transactions with thorough documentation.

Training is provided and you will work in a high-energy team environment to reach daily sales goals, including conducting live product demonstrations to drive showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in areas like retail, hospitality, or airline industry is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Computer literacy.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to do TikTok live.

Responsibilities

• Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Provide aftersales service.
• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Selling and sourcing high quality used cars to expand inventory and achieve team sales targets.
