Job summary

Carsome in Ipoh is seeking a sales/customer service professional to join a high-energy team. You will engage with walk-in and online customers, showcase Carsome inventory, and drive sales through live streams and promotions. You will guide customers from appraisal to financing and ensure smooth documentation.

Success depends on strong listening skills, self-motivation, and comfort with basic finance concepts. Local travel and a customer-first mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail/automotive is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Computer and basic finance literacy.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high energy sales environment as part of a team to meet goals.
• Use social media to generate leads and promote products, including hosting live streams.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Utilize Carsome inventory knowledge to match customer needs.
• Guide customers through sale or appraisal, financing applications, and test drives.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Provide after-sale service.

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Provide after-sale service
