Job summary

Gold Haovest Grocery Sdn Bhd – Kempas, Johor is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Executive to support daily admin tasks and order processing.

Candidates with SPM or diploma, basic Excel/Word, and knowledge of Autocount are encouraged to apply; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for customer communications.

You will handle quotations, invoices, follow-ups, and coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales administration or a related position is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge in Autocount will be an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred if the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales administration, filing and clerical tasks.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and payments.
• Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse and logistics department to ensure smooth order and delivery processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or messaging platforms.
• Assist the sales team with reports, documentation and other administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
