Job summary

Gold Haovest Grocery Sdn Bhd in Kempas, Johor is seeking a diligent Sales Administration Assistant to handle daily sales admin tasks, prepare quotations and orders, and maintain related documents.

You will coordinate with the sales team, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth processing, maintain customer records, and respond to inquiries. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales administration or a related position is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge in Autocount will be an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred if the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales administration, filing and clerical tasks.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and payments.
• Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse and logistics department to ensure smooth order and delivery processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or messaging platforms.
• Assist the sales team with reports, documentation and other administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
