Job summary

• Prepare and deliver presentations on products.
• Prepare sales reviews and reports with supporting sales and financial data.
• Ensure stock availability and fulfilment of sales.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing customer relations.
• Handle sales tasks, including processing orders and invoices (sales documentation).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and coordinate logistics and export sales.
• Search and identify suitable suppliers for required products, evaluate quotations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs including setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products

Prepare sales reviews and reports with supporting sales and financial data

Ensure the availability of stock and fulfilment of sales

Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing customer relations

Handling sales-related tasks, include processing orders and invoices (sales documentation)

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and coordinate logistics and export sales

Search and identify suitable suppliers for required products

Compare supplier quotations based on price, quality, specifications, delivery time, payment terms and warranty

Receive purchase requests from different departments and verify the items, quantity, specifications and required date

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Purchasing & Procurement/ Sales & Marketing or equivalents

Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in sales and understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

Strong knowledge and awareness of industry trends, technology, as well of developments.

Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills with an pleasant personality.

WORKING HOUR (5.5 DAYS) :

8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday) - Sunday (offday)
