Job summary

Gold Billion Pharma Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage purchasing duties for health food and packaging materials, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective supplier terms.

The role collaborates with production and inventory teams, conducts supplier evaluations, and prepares cost analyses in line with ISO records. Proficiency in Mandarin is not required here; the company emphasizes local language skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

• Carry out all purchasing duties for health food and packaging materials.
• Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
• Follow up purchase orders to ensure prompt delivery.
• Assist in selection and evaluation of suppliers for quality, cost and delivery.
• Prepare purchasing cost analysis reports and maintain records per ISO.
• Work with production, materials and inventory control for maximum efficiency.
• Review daily production output and adjust production plan as needed.
• Conduct monthly material/product inventory count.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Submit matched PO, invoice, DO to accounting for sales tax claim and payments.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job description

Carry out all purchasing duties for health food materials, packaging materials and others.

To negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.

Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.

Assist in selection and evaluation of existing/new suppliers to ensure they are conforming to quality, cost and delivery.

Able to prepare purchasing cost analysis reports, upkeep and maintain all record/data/document as per ISO requirements.

Work closely with production, material and inventory control at maximum efficiency.

Review daily production output and adjust the production plan whenever necessary.

To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.

Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.

Timely submit the matching of PO, invoice, DO to account for sales tax claim and to smooth the process of payment.

Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Serdang Perdana.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
