Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and pricing trends.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve issues.
• Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis, and recommend suitable suppliers.
• Maintain purchasing records, supplier databases, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analysis, and procurement-related documents for management.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance.

• Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis, and recommend the most suitable suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Assist in preparing purchasing reports, cost analysis, and procurement-related documentation for management review.
• Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance enhancement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (advantage).
• Minimum 1 year of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Must have own ride.
