Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the commercial sales team. You will drive revenue growth, mentor field-based sales executives, and build strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients across the region.

This role requires at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, a diploma or degree, and a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Rentokil Initial, the global leader in pest control and hygiene services, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Kota Kinabalu commercial sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales executives, and building strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients across the region.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Mentor and develop sales executives, spending significant time in the field to provide real-time coaching, feedback and support

Lead team meetings, translating company strategy into a clear, actionable sales plan

Develop your team into sales superstars, managing their activity, pipeline, and skill gaps to ensure success

Take full accountability for the branch's top-line revenue, driving new business acquisition, client retention, price increases, and cross-selling opportunities

Use sales data to review pipelines, identify winning strategies, and forecast accurately

Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors, sharpening unique selling propositions

Personally visit key clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure service delivery

Act as the central point of contact for complex service issues, liaising directly with clients and internal departments to manage challenges

Guide your team in coordinating, negotiating, and closing complex contracts

Conduct on-site inspections to support your team and secure new business

About you

At least 5 years of successful sales management or supervisory experience

A Diploma or Degree in any field is a plus

Dynamic, results-oriented, and believes in building people up

Excel at fostering teamwork and positive energy

Use data to make decisions, manage performance, and coach your team effectively

Natural talent for building and maintaining strong, trust-based customer relationships

Self-starter who thrives on challenges and can work independently

Comfortable working outdoors, conducting on-site visits, and leading from the front

Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle

Malaysian citizen or hold relevant resident status
