Job summary

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in a related discipline with proven track record in managing staff.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and people skills.
• Mature and able to manage a team of 10 members.
• Positive, result oriented, has good drive and initiative.
• Computer skills are essential.
• Willing to travel to client places.
• Possess a Driving License because driving is part of the job.
• Possess own vehicle; Malaysian or hold a relevant resident status.
• Employment of foreigners subject to local authorities approval and visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and check service schedules via in-house system.
• Manage and train service staff to improve service quality.
• Ensure team provides quality and timely services as scheduled.
• Carry out quality assurance checks by spending 20% of supervision time.
• Conduct quarterly field attachments with team members.
• Prepare and present weekly reports on team members’ reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of service vehicles and renew road tax.
• Manage branch fleet cost-effectively and ensure safety.
• Ensure new businesses are completed within 10 working days from service agreement.
• Ensure each service team is route-ridden every 2 months.
• Conduct formal quarterly meetings with Technicians and monthly status updates.
