Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an enthusiastic Intern to support customer service and administration in Malaysia. You will monitor customer portfolios, assist with renewals, and ensure service quality while learning hands-on with product training.

The role offers a monthly allowance and opportunities for permanent placement based on performance, with exposure to live client engagements across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing tertiary education, final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management)
• Own transport to travel to work daily
• Monthly allowance provided
• Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on performance)

Responsibilities

• Monitor existing customer portfolio & renewals to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Review and ensure value-for-money services with appropriate profit margins for the company.
• Ensure renewal processes are followed up and closed on contract anniversaries.
• Provide satisfactory after-sales service and maintain regular communication with customers and team.
• Address enquiries on renewals, price increases, and upselling opportunities.
• Handle terminations, complaints, inquiries and other renewal-related documents accurately and timely.
• Ensure customer documentation is updated in the service database.
