Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received via telephone and email, delivering customer satisfaction through excellent service quality
• Communicate with laboratory staff on sample handling and test requirements
• Assist in inputting customer and testing information into Test Report
• Receive test samples from customers and mark in samples on time to meet customer expected testing turn time
• Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Operation Manager
