Job summary

Budget Champ Sdn. Bhd. in Klang, Selangor, seeks a customer service assistant to handle enquiries, process orders, follow up on delivery status and product availability.

You will maintain accurate customer and order records, support routine admin tasks, and coordinate with internal sales, technical and operations teams to deliver timely customer support. This role handles customer enquiries, processes orders, follows up on delivery status and product availability, and maintains accurate customer and order records. The person will coordinate with internal sales, technical and operations teams to provide timely customer support.
